PM-UDAY-DDA scheme is meant to provide ownership to those residents who have unauthorized colony ownership in Delhi under Awas Adhikar Yojana. It facilitates regulations of the colonies and gives ownership rights of the properties to the needy residents. It ensures dignity in the lives of thousands of people. There is a portal, through which residents can register their homes and fill application form for having ownership rights in unauthorized territories. What Documents are Required for PM-UDAY-DDA?

The documents required for PM-UDAY-DDA application form include the following:

• Documentary Proof of construction before 1st January 2015
• Previous Chain of Documents in Serial order
• Property Tax Mutation Document
• Electricity Bill
• Latest Ownership Document/Latest GPA
• Agreement to sell
• Payment Document
• Possession Document
• Any other Ownership document

Online Form Filling Process

Once the registration is done, you need to do the PM-UDAY login process to fill the application form. Follow the following steps:
• Go to the homepage and tap on “File Application”.
• Enter your mobile number and press the button “Send OTP”. You can receive a code on your phone. Enter it in the provided space and enter the Captcha code. Press login to continue. In case you do not get the OTP, check your number and try again or contact PM UDAY customer care number.
• Now, you will be redirected to the PM-UDAY online registration page. If you face any problems, call the PM UDAY customer care number.
• Now, you will get to see a link on the right top corner of the page that has all the details of the Empanelled agency for fitting Geo-coordinates of your home.
• Contact the agency and ask for setting up the coordinates.
• The agency officers will visit your property, set the geo-coordinates and upload the same in the DDA portal. If the uploading process is slow, contact PM UDAY GIS number for getting instant help.

The Importance of PM-UDAY Scheme

With the help of DDA, the government of India is formulating a roadmap for the development of illegal colonies. An online map for the DDA’s land has been made accessible for public viewing. This map will be determined by satellite pictures as part of the authority’s plan and will prevent DDA’s lands from being invaded. Moreover, the DDA has included provisions in the Master Plan of Delhi for the development of such colonies in the city.
